Koharu Shizuki is a Japanese model, therapist, entrepreneur, and adult video actress from Saitama Prefecture, Japan. Her cup size is B, and her body measurements are B75 (C cup) / W60 / H83 cm. She is 154 cm tall. She debuted under the name Chiharu Sakurai (桜井 千春, born March 19, 2001) in October 2019 as an exclusive actress for SOD's Seishun Jidai label. Her first release ranked third in FANZA's weekly sales chart, and her second reached tenth place in the video chart. She ended her contract with the label in January 2020. In March 2022, she announced her retirement from the AV industry, though later that year one of her works topped FANZA's rental ranking. She also participated in the Yuruketto doujin event under the name "Chiharu" (ちはる) and, in December 2022, launched the men's esthetic salon AOHALU in Tokyo's Kinshicho district.
